Northpoint in Leeds is recruiting a Mental Health Practitioner to join the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service, working across GP surgeries to provide practical, compassionate mental health support rooted in the community. You will assess, triage and navigate care, offer short-term support for anxiety and distress, and help people access wider community services while maintaining clear records.

This office-based role at The Small Mill, Leeds, is full-time (35 hours) with 28 days annual leave.
