Join Inspire North as a Learning & Development Administrator! Ready to help others learn, grow and succeed? Do you love organisation, bringing people together, and making things run seamlessly behind the scenes? Enjoy creating a welcoming, positive experience where people feel supported to develop and thrive? Then this could be the perfect role for you.
At Inspire North, learning is at the heart of everything we do. Our Learning & Development (L&D) team plays a vital role in supporting colleagues and partners to build skills, confidence and capability – so they can make a real difference in communities across the North. We’re now looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join us and help deliver a high-quality, engaging learning experience from start to finish. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll blend organisation, coordination and creativity – supporting everything from training logistics and learner communications to promoting opportunities and ensuring our training centre runs smoothly.
If you take pride in being organised, proactive and people-focused, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be getting stuck into
- You’ll help keep our learning programmes running smoothly and professionally, ensuring every delegate has a great experience from booking through to completion.
- You’ll coordinate training sessions, manage communications, maintain accurate records, and support compliance requirements – while also helping to promote and grow our L&D offer.
- Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and well-organised training environment, supporting both internal colleagues and external partners to access high-quality learning.
What Makes You Our Kind of Person
- You don’t need to know everything on day one – we’ll support your learning – but you’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in an administrative, coordination or support role (L&D experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Are highly organised and enjoy managing multiple tasks, schedules and priorities
- Communicate clearly and professionally, creating a positive experience for everyone you interact with
- Are confident working with systems, data and digital tools, with strong attention to detail
- Take pride in delivering a high-quality service and getting things right first time
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Have a proactive mindset and take initiative to improve processes and ways of working
Here’s what you’ll enjoy as part of our team
- Flexible working options so you can balance life and work in a way that genuinely works for you.
- Hybrid working – enjoy the best of both worlds!
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service – because rest matters.
- Loads of learning and career development opportunities, including paid and personalised training to help you grow.
- Free, confidential Employee Assistance Programme 24/7, including counselling and GP services – your wellbeing comes first.
- Employer contributory pension scheme to help secure your future.
- Great maternity, paternity and adoption benefits to support you and your family.
- Exclusive care workers discounts to make everyday life that bit easier.
- Active Employee Networks including People of Colour, LGBT+, Mental Health and Accessibility – because everyone deserves to belong.
- Health and wellbeing initiatives to help you feel your best, inside and out.
- Cycle to Work Scheme to keep you moving and support greener choices.
- Corporate Health Plan to support your physical and mental health.
We proudly embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive, anti-racist environment where everyone can thrive by being their true self. Join us in driving this important agenda forward and help shape a workplace where all voices are valued! If you’re ready to use your skills to help others succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
