The administrator will be taking minutes of meetings, writing them up accurately within strict timeframes and distributing them to the necessary professionals including solicitors, social workers and the court. They will support key individuals within the FDAC team to co‑ordinate multi-agency meetings, support team traceability, distribute reports and resources, and effectively manage communications with the team from outside agencies. There will be a requirement to maintain the FDAC database as well as develop and support data collation processes. Supporting the FDAC manager with monitoring and impact which will include collating report information, service evaluation forms, case studies and promoting a high quality FDAC service.

The administrator role also includes supporting the FDAC team in an administrative capacity; maintaining up to date paperwork, filing, scanning and helping the team keep to Court deadlines. Due to the sensitive nature of the work confidentiality is paramount.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for an individual who is able to work within a multi-disciplinary team and have an organised approach to work in order to support themselves and the team. The service can be fast paced and the ability to respond positively to change is important. FDAC is a problem solving model and communication is key. We are looking for a person who can follow discussions, and communicate clearly and concisely to support collaborative partnership working.

This is a fixed term and part time role with 21 hours per week until 31/03/2027. The salary for this role is £24,969 pro-rata.
