Barca‑Leeds is looking for an inspiring and relationship‑focused leader to join our Employability & Community Health team as our Community Wellbeing & Grants Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about mental health, collaborative working, and empowering communities.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening the VCSE Community Mental Health Alliance and delivering services within the community around mental health, helping ensure people with serious mental illness receive the best possible support. You’ll lead a team of Community Wellbeing Connectors across West Leeds whose role it is to support people with Serious Mental Illness become more active within their communities through developing their social networks and resilience, in order to support them to lead more fulfilling lives.

You will also contract manage and support a network of VCSE Grantholders delivering innovative, grassroots mental health support across Leeds.
