The Senior Worker is required to provide support to people with mental health problems, excluded from existing services due to lack of appropriate resources to meet their needs. To follow a whole team approach and support staff working within a Strengths and Recovery Based Model. To support the CST Management Team to provide effective team leadership and management to ensure appropriate outcomes are secured, in line with funders expectations.
Pay Structure (2024) points 23 β 25, starting at Β£33,699.66 pa/pro rata (pay award pending). 22.5 hours per week. This role is fixed for up to 2 years, with the possibility of extension.
