Main purpose of the role:
- To reduce health inequalities by working and supporting the most vulnerable local people.
- To work with Holbeck Together and other local organisation community groups across LS11 areas, supporting them to improve the health of the participants.
- To set up and support new and existing groups across LS11 based on the unmet need identified by the local community.
- To identify leaders/leadership from the group and provide further training and support to access funding, upskilling their knowledge and managing the group independently.
- To operate in line with Holbeck Together’s values, showing commitment and a positive attitude to the post and Holbeck Together’s objectives.
