Advonet's Autism AIM service is seeking an operational leader to support the AIM Manager in the leadership, management and development of services across Leeds, Bradford and Craven. The postholder will provide operational oversight of designated projects and ensure high-quality delivery, with a leadership role across AIM staff and volunteers.
The role requires regular presence in the Advonet Office and at Autism AIM hubs, plus key meetings; occasional evening and weekend work and some remote work.
