This is an exciting opportunity to provide peer support within the Becklin Centre Inpatient Discharge service. The service works to improve outcomes for hospital patients who are experiencing significant mental health difficulties. The aim is for service users to lead their own recovery and to facilitate smooth and sustainable discharge from hospital. You will work together with service users to identify strengths and to reinforce positive patterns of behaviour, with the aim of reducing the chances of re‑admission to hospital.
