As a Community IDVA, you will join a welcoming, supporting IDVA team helping victim‑survivors of domestic abuse in Leeds. You’ll work with survivors one‑on‑one in a demanding and busy environment providing:
- Crisis support
- Safety planning
- Information
- Continuous risk assessment
- Ongoing emotional support
- Ongoing practical support
We’re looking for someone committed to reducing risk for vulnerable people and their children, able to manage a diverse caseload, and contribute to our inclusive organisation. This post will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
