Bright Horizons, funded by The Reaching Communities Fund, supports jobless parents and carers facing health, social, and economic barriers that hinder employment. Employability Support Workers will assist economically inactive adults, including parents, carers, and those facing barriers such as health issues or early retirement, to re-enter the workforce.

The role involves identifying and managing barriers, such as parental responsibilities, health issues, or workforce exit reasons, and helping individuals find pathways back to employment through education, training, or direct job placement.

What we are looking for?

  • Experience working with families with complex needs is essential.
  • Candidates should understand employment challenges and possess knowledge of job search techniques, interview skills, CV writing, employability skills, and welfare support.
