- Core Responsibilities

- Develop and implement programmes to improve the quality and reach of services for the people of Loughton.
- Ensure compliance with charity, safeguarding, and health and safety regulations.
- Report to the Board of Trustees: verbal report for quarterly Committee Meetings; writes annual report for AGM.

- Recruit and support volunteers to deliver LVC services.
- Work with the Treasurer to develop funding applications to ensure long‑term sustainability.
- Build and maintain relationships with local councils, healthcare providers, donors, and community partners.
- Evaluate programmes and services to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Build partnerships with other organisations working in Loughton to improve the quality of services.

- Proven experience in management, ideally in the charity, community service or social care sectors.
