Patient Drivers support with City Hospice’s Day Hospice and wellbeing services by transporting patients to and from their homes to our hospice centre in Whitchurch. Our patients live across the city and often need support with transport to attend appointments and sessions, including our Monday and Thursday afternoon Day Hospice.

By using your own car to transport our patients, you’ll be enabling them to socialise with other people, receive complementary therapies, and access a range of day hospice and wellbeing services.
