Purpose: To oversee the lifecycle of all projects, develop a motivated projects team, and ensure every initiative delivers maximum social impact while maintaining financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Development
    • Mission Alignment: Translate the Doddridge Centre’s strategic vision into actionable, scalable project roadmaps.
    • Fundraising & Sponsorship: Identify opportunities for external funding, draft compelling grant proposals, and build relationships with corporate sponsors and donors to ensure long-term project viability.
    • Portfolio Oversight: Evaluate new project ideas against impact metrics and financial capacity before proposing them to the Board.
  • Operational Management
    • Methodology & Standards: Establish and maintain a standardized project management framework for the team to use, ensuring consistency in planning, timelines, and risk mitigation.
    • KPI & Impact Reporting: Define clear success metrics (KPIs) for every project. Implement a robust reporting loop to keep stakeholders informed of progress, budget adherence, and social outcomes.
    • Direct Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of Project Co-ordinators, providing guidance on conflict resolution, time management, and professional development.
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as the internal bridge, ensuring the Project team works seamlessly with other team members, partners and beneficiaries.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain records.
