Voluntary Service Aberdeen is seeking a proactive Volunteer Coordinator to join our Castle Street Team in Aberdeen. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support for volunteers, ensuring safeguarding and governance standards are met.
You will develop volunteering opportunities, coordinate training, track activity and KPIs, and build strong working relationships with volunteers and managers to improve the volunteer experience across our health and social care services.
