Board Position / Trustee Opportunity

This is a volunteer board position. The successful candidate may become a trustee if desired.

The role includes attending regular meetings, preparing annual statements for governing bodies, and ensuring the organisation's ongoing financial activities are completed appropriately.

During the initial setup phase, the candidate will help establish appropriate processes, approvals, and governance mechanisms.

This will require a greater time commitment for the first six months until the organisation is fully operational.
