Project Volunteer (Edinburgh & Lothians) Would you like to use your skills and broaden your experience while making a difference to the 1 in 5 people living with chest, heart, and stroke conditions across Scotland? We are looking for enthusiastic and well-organised Project Volunteers in the north of Scotland to support the Fundraising Team with projects such as the Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2025. You can get involved with researching local businesses for funding and partnership opportunities, creating event handbooks and packs, and promoting fundraising events in your community. This role can be done in your own time at home. Experience required Tasks will depend on the specific scope, goals, and timescales of the project and could include researching potential fundraising opportunities (e.g., Charity of the Year schemes), producing proposals, or designing and finalising information packs for supporters, volunteers, and colleagues. This role requires experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the internet, as well as excellent communication skills. This is a home-based role. Travel expenses Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed. Discuss expenses with your Line Manager prior to incurring costs. Submit claims following the guidelines in the CHSS Volunteer Expenses Policy. Support & Restrictions Minimum age: 18 In line with our safeguarding policy, this role is subject to a Basic Disclosure check.
