Help shape the SIGN guideline on preventing cardiovascular disease. If you have lived experience of cardiovascular disease or have been affected by risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, smoking, or a family history of heart disease, you can join the guideline development group for the SIGN guideline on preventing cardiovascular disease.
You will share your experiences and views, help the group consider what matters most to people, families and communities when preventing cardiovascular disease, and help ensure the guideline reflects those priorities. Medical or research experience is not required; we will provide support and information to help you take part.
We need participants to take part in September 2026. If your organization works with people or communities affected by cardiovascular disease or at higher risk, please share this opportunity through your networks.
