Could you give up a small amount of your time to raise awareness of our work in your local community or to help us raise vital funds for Scotland's animals? There are a variety of different tasks to choose from, and you can tailor your volunteering role around your current commitments, undertaking only the tasks that interest you. All we ask is that you commit to helping with 2 events per year.

Our friendly and active team will look after you well! You will be given a full induction and training and can claim expenses for your fuel costs when volunteering.

Experience required: Passionate about animal welfare and the mission of the Society, confident to speak to the public at events, punctual and reliable.

Travel expenses: 45p per mile for fuel, up to max of 30 miles per day or equivalent public transport costs. Paid fortnightly directly to your bank account.

Support: Following the application process, new volunteers are required to complete some online training relevant to their role. They will then receive a full induction and practical training & support from our team.

Availability: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun Morning Afternoon Evening

Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
