Location: 83-87 Pottergate, Norwich NR2 1DZ. A hybrid working policy is in place.
The Business Improvement Lead is responsible for ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of operational activity across the organisation. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and alongside Service Managers, this role will provide operational and handsâon leadership across operational systems, CRM implementation and optimisation, data and insight reporting, lean working practices and dayâtoâday business support and development.
A key component of the role is supporting Voluntary Norfolk's HR and payroll service arm, CBR Business Solutions, to provide operational delivery, strengthen operational capacity across services, and develop robust systems. This role has broad organisational impact and is focused on delivery, initiative, process improvement and crossâfunction coordination. There is currently no line management with this role.
