The predicted salary is between 17000 - 20000 Β£ per year.

Reports to: Kaf Smith, Associate Minister and Bruce Connell, Crosslight Advice CEO

Location: Swindon, England

Employment Status: Part time 0.6FTE, 3.0 days per week (22.5 hours per week)

Salary: Β£17,000 – Β£20,000 for 0.6FTE depending on experience

Holiday: 15 days per year (5 weeks) plus pro-rata bank holidays

This is a fixed-term position, initially for one calendar year, because the role is dependent on a specific restricted funding source.

The closing date for applications is Monday 20th July, however they will be conducting interviews on a rolling basis.

In partnership with Pattern Church, the Crosslight Advice Swindon Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of Crosslight Swindon Branch, including:

  • Team management
  • Managing debt advice service provision
  • Debt advice casework
  • External relations
  • Fundraising

Although clearly an advantage, you will not necessarily need previous debt advice experience. However, you will need to demonstrate that you possess the skills, maturity and determination to become proficient in this role.
