Location: Swindon, England
Employment Status: Part time 0.6FTE, 3.0 days per week (22.5 hours per week)
Salary: £17,000 – £20,000 for 0.6FTE depending on experience
Holiday: 15 days per year (5 weeks) plus pro‑rata bank holidays
This is a fixed‑term position, initially for one calendar year, because the role is dependent on a specific restricted funding source.
The closing date for applications is Monday 29th June, however they will be conducting interviews on a rolling basis.
In partnership with Pattern Church, the Branch Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Crosslight Swindon Branch, including:
- Team management
- Managing debt advice service provision
- Debt advice casework
- External relations
- Fundraising
Although experience in debt advice is an advantage, it is not required. Candidates should demonstrate the skills, maturity, and determination to become proficient in this role.
