As Volunteer Coordinator, you\’ll manage all elements of volunteering within Snowdrop, supporting the recruitment, training and retention of volunteers across all Snowdrop’s teams, providing ongoing support and ensuring their work aligns with the goals of the organisation.

For the period of absence of the Community Development Manager, you’ll also be responsible for line-managing our Families Worker, and managing our renovation scheme, working in partnership with the Fundraising Manager to ensure the development and maintenance of corporate relationships and volunteers necessary to ensure monthly renovations for clients .
