We have been appointed to run a Randomised Multi-Sports Trial (MST) funded by the Youth Empowerment Fund and overseen by the charity Streetgames. This action-research project targets youth offending rates, personal resilience, mental wellbeing, and long-term participation in physical activity. It offers services to support young people focused on a range of engagement options provided by qualified staff to guide their life choices.

We seek a Multi Sports Trial Lead Coach to lead a team of three coaches to establish and deliver quality provision. You will work closely with other organisations to recruit young people and contribute towards the national Multi-Sports Trial partnership. The post is initially offered for 9 months from 29 September 2025 to 29 June 2026 with potential extension if follow-on funding is secured.

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £21 per hour

Type of Contract: Contract

Hours: Average of 5 hours/week
