Golddigger Trust are seeking a friendly, reliable and people-focused Barista / Front of House team member to support the delivery of high-quality hospitality at The Refinery Cafe. This role plays a vital part in creating a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment for members of the public and for young people attending Wellbeing Cafe sessions.

The Barista / Front of House will support the Cafe Manager in delivering excellent service, preparing food and drinks to a high standard, and contributing to a safe and positive atmosphere that reflects Golddigger Trust’s values and commitment to young people’s wellbeing.

The Barista/ Front of House role in the Cafe covers three key areas:

  • Daytime Cafe Offer – Serving members of the public during daytime opening hours.
  • Wellbeing Cafe for Young People – Supporting a safe, welcoming cafe space for young people aged 11–18.
  • Events and Venue Hire – Assisting with café service during private hire and fundraising events when required.

2 roles at 2 days a week, or 1 role at 4 days a week; Monday–Thursday 12:00-18:30 (including 30 minute break), plus occasional evenings/weekends.

Hours: 12-24
