Nearly 8 million adults still lack the most basic digital skills, nearly 2 million households struggle to afford connectivity and millions more lack the confidence to keep up with changes like AI. Our mission is to ensure everyone can participate in a digital society.
You will:
- Provide inspirational leadership to a team of c. 15 staff committed to providing fantastic resources, services and support to members of the National Digital Inclusion Network who deliver frontline digital inclusion support.
- Shape and oversee the design and delivery of digital inclusion and grant programmes, defining measurable KPIs and ensuring they achieve meaningful outcomes for digitally excluded communities.
- Lead on the development of our network strategy and the relationship with the National Digital Inclusion Network, overseeing the development of clear propositions which provide mutual benefit and value to members and Good Things Foundation.
- Oversee the smooth delivery and improvement of high-quality products, scaled services and experiences for members of the National Digital Inclusion Network, championing the voices of both members and digitally excluded people in all aspects of our work.
- Take a lead role in the development of strategic, impact-driven partnerships with delivery organisations whose aims and missions align with ours.
Your team will leverage these partnerships to scale impact, co‑create innovative ideas and develop new propositions and funding opportunities. Type of Contract: Contract – 12 month fixed term
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Benefits:
