then we would welcome your interest in the following vacancy. The customer services officer will answer customer enquiries across many council services, via the telephone and email. Additionally, officers are responsible for greeting all persons visiting the offices and assisting them, as appropriate. This post is busy and challenging within a constantly evolving service. Thorough training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Applicants should have the ability to work as part of a team and have excellent communication and IT skills.
