At Volume 1 we have one of the busiest kid’s club programmes in the country and this spans across a wide age range through Home Ed Clubs, After school clubs and our Performance squad. With over 350 kids attending weekly sessions, all year round, we need someone to help ensure the best delivery of these sessions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Child-first coaching culture: Support the instructing team to embed child-first coaching principles, including the Play Their Way approach, across all youth sessions.
  • Training & CPD: Lead internal training sessions and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to ensure all staff maintain high instructional standards.
  • Assessments/Observations: Conduct regular training/assessments and inductions for new and existing instructional staff.
  • Culture: Foster a fun, inclusive, and safety-first culture among the crew.

Kids Clubs & Capacity Administration

  • Enrolment & Onboarding: Oversee the enrolment process for new club attendees alongside holiday programs, maximising capacity and booking efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding Kids Club progressions, schedule changes, and queries.

Operational Support & Session Delivery

  • Cover Support: Step in to deliver high-quality coaching and instructing sessions to cover staff holiday, sickness, or peak periods.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all sessions (youth and adult) strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, insurance requirements, and health & safety regulations.
