The practice focuses on hiring across all areas of the sector to C-level and will give you exposure to a diverse and wide client base as a platform to your continued success.

Who we would like to hear from:
- Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 experience.
- Ideally knowledge of private markets or associated transferrable financial backgrounds.
- A strong track record of successful sourcing, business development, networking, and ability to build strong relationships.
- Able to approach senior candidates and pitch clients, as well as assess candidates and curate short-lists.
- Attention to detail, enjoys both mapping markets and building new business.
- Able to present candidates to clients, discuss interview feedback, and provide advice and consultancy around the market.
