- Knows the recruitment-to-recruitment (rec2rec) space inside and out... or is ready to dive in with a solid track record of recruiting within another space but loves our industry.
- Has a track record of delivering high-quality results and building lasting client relationships.
- Is excited to work in a senior, trusted, remote-first environment with a team that values collaboration and sharing ideas to build our business.
