For an experienced and quality-driven tech recruitment consultant, this role will give you a springboard into a highly successful 'people first' recruitment consultancy. One that has solid foundations, a long-standing team and leadership. This is going to be an incredible opportunity for someone who is a fabulous relationship builder and can really build further trust and credibility with existing accounts.
Looking after the service level agreements and internal networking to uncover further opportunities to support their hiring across all areas. You could come from a background within managing and maximising on key accounts, or contracts recruitment within a technical space. We are very open to having conversations with 360 recruiters who have been successful, but would actually prefer to deep dive into the client relationship side and move away from front line sales.

You will need to have some good experience building strong relationships. Depending on what you bring to the mix and by way of experience, the base salary is £32,000 - £45,000 (open for discussion at the seniority level you are at and to match your ambitions in what's needed to make that critical next move in your career). The business is thriving due to the exceptional people within, and OTE here is £100K+ and beyond.
