Static Engineer based in London

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Facilities Handyperson to join our dedicated team on a fixed‑term basis. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance and support across our client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct minor repair works to the building fabric (e.g. door handles, light fittings).

Perform small‑scale internal and external painting.

Support the on‑site management team with day‑to‑day operations.

Carry out routine compliance tasks, including emergency lighting flick tests and weekly flushing of infrequently used outlets.

Monthly hot/cold‑water temperature recordings.

Oversee and liaise with contractors and engineers working on‑site. Maintain clear records of tasks and inspections.

Coordinate closely with security and cleaning teams to ensure high service standards.

Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role. Friendly, proactive, and customer‑service oriented.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and meet changing priorities.

Organised, self‑motivated, and adaptable across tasks.

Willing to collaborate across departments and contribute to wider team efforts.

Qualifications or hands‑on skills in basic building maintenance (e.g. painting, plastering, basic electrical).

Experience managing or supervising contractors on‑site.
