We are on the lookout for Health Care Assistants to join our team in the Nottinghamshire area.

Salary + Benefits

  • £12.00 - £15.00 per hour + holiday pay + pension
  • A referral bonus: £200 for referring a Support Worker, £300 for referring an RMN/RNLD.

About The Role

You will be working in low/medium secure units, wards, hospitals, providing high-quality, person-centred support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
  • Supporting clients in achieving their rehabilitation and development goals.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and meaningful activities.
  • Facilitating community engagement and social participation.
  • Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Managing complex behaviours and associated risks.
  • Providing specialist support for individuals with acquired brain injuries, mental health difficulties & learning disabilities.

Shifts

Both days and nights.

Requirements

MAPA/PMVA preferred but not essential. Full training is provided!
