A great opportunity has opened for a proactive and people-focused HR Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team in Nottingham. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service, supporting colleagues, and helping create a positive employee experience, this role offers the perfect platform to grow and shine.

Full‑time 37.5 hours per week – £12.71 per hour. You’ll work Monday to Friday, supporting our Consultants and Field Care Managers with day‑to‑day HR queries, recruitment processes, and the full employee lifecycle. From onboarding new starters to supporting employee relations cases, you’ll play a key role in keeping our people processes running smoothly and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the onboarding process for new field staff, including right‑to‑work checks, references, DBS checks, and training coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date HR records, including electronic filing and our new HR database.
  • Responding to queries in the People Team inbox and offering clear, confident HR advice.
  • Supporting employee relations matters such as performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases, ensuring managers are guided through each stage.
  • Building strong, positive working relationships across Head Office and the wider business.

What You’ll Bring

  • CIPD qualification (advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Previous HR experience, ideally at Advisor or Administrator level.
  • A proactive, confident, and professional approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
