About The Role

We are a specialist nursing agency and healthcare staffing service, supplying staff to support clients and teams in both NHS and private settings, with a proven experience of providing care for people with complex needs. We are competent at balancing safety with the needs of the client and service; providing ward staff with the support they really need.
You\’ll provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a hospital/community setting, working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and promote recovery and well-being.
What You’ll Do
- Work as an agency nurse in secure services providing high-quality, person-centred care to service users with diverse mental health needs
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Support patients through their recovery journey in a safe and therapeutic environment
