VP Forensicare is recruiting a Female Support Worker for the Prescot, Liverpool area. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Females due to the nature of the role.

Shift Times:

  • Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday‑Sunday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Remuneration: £17.00 per hour + holiday pay + pension

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Child care experience (preferred)
  • A strong-willed character, able to show empathy and maintain consistent behaviour
  • Business insurance
  • Good understanding of complex behaviour and brain injury
  • Full working rights – no sponsorship provided
  • Driving licence (required)
  • English language proficiency (required)
  • Work authorisation in the United Kingdom (required)

Responsibilities:

  • Access the community to support the client
  • Assist the client in planning her day and interacting meaningfully in the world around her
  • Support with daily living tasks including cooking and domestic duties
  • Maintain daily records
  • Motivate and encourage the client to achieve goals
  • Arrange social visits with family
