We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work with a female client with an Acquired Brain Injury in the Clayton West area of Huddersfield.

The role includes:
- Supporting the client in achieving rehabilitation and development goals.
- Assisting with daily living tasks and meaningful activities.
- Facilitating community engagement and social participation.
- Providing prompting for personal care and allowing breaks for the client's family.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and the client's family to keep the client safe and happy.
Schedule:
- Tuesday evening 16:00 – 21:30
- Thursday evening 19:15 – 21:00
- Friday afternoon 14:30 – 16:30
- Saturday and Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (includes social activities at home and in the community)
Hours may evolve as the client gains independence and engages in new activities.
Requirements:
- A driver's licence (the role requires taking the client out in the community; mileage paid at 45p per mile).
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willingness to undertake DBS, reference and right-to-work checks, and complete mandatory training.
- Ability to attend periodic training offered by the multidisciplinary team.
