Overview

We’re hiring: Product Owner at Voltaware. We use proprietary electricity sensors and AI-driven algorithms to break energy consumption down to the appliance level. We are expanding our product team and looking for a Product Owner with strong Agile expertise and proven delivery experience. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on managing and delivering across our full product portfolio, including native apps, internal CRMs, B2B dashboards, and API suite.

What you will do

  • Translate business goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder input
  • Enable your engineering team to deliver their best work; removing blockers, enabling smooth collaboration, and tracking delivery
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver value
  • Coordinate with QA to ensure all features are tested and meet acceptance criteria
  • Join client meetings and lead product discovery to validate concepts, gather feedback, and ensure delivery meets user needs

What we are looking for

  • 4–5 years’ experience as Product Owner/Manager or in Agile roles
  • Solid knowledge of Agile & Scrum
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and integrations
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams and prioritize competing demands
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma

Nice to have

  • Exposure to UX/UI design principles or working alongside design teams
