Volta in London is seeking a commercially minded Senior Manager to lead delivery on deals, structuring and modelling within the tax function. Reporting to the VP of Tax, you will steer day-to-day tax workstreams on live transactions, and develop robust tax models to support fundraising, infrastructure investments and M&A.
You will partner with Finance, Legal and Capital Markets, manage advisers, and drive governance and risk controls as Volta scales.
