  • Provide functional leadership to the safety leads embedded in each project team
  • Set contractor safety requirements, from prequalification through site execution
  • Run audit and assurance programs across active sites
  • Lead incident investigation and make sure learning changes how the fleet builds
  • Build leading-indicator reporting that gives early sight of risk
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulation across multiple European jurisdictions
  • Drive safety in design through early project reviews

What You Bring

  • Safety leadership on data center or mission-critical construction programs is essential
  • A recognized safety qualification such as the NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent
  • Experience running safety across multiple concurrent projects or countries
  • A strong record managing contractor safety on major construction sites
  • The credibility to influence project leaders and executives alike
  • A practical, culture-building approach backed by data
