Volta is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Process (BP) SOX and Internal Controls to lead the BP workstream of Volta's SOX implementation programme, reporting to the VP, SOX and Internal Controls. This high-visibility role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across controls design, testing, and remediation as Volta scales toward an IPO-ready framework.

You will coordinate with Finance, IT, HR, Procurement and Legal, build a capable BP SOX team, and provide training to process.
