The Global Schedule Manager owns time across the Volta fleet. You will set the planning standards every project follows, hold the integrated master schedule that connects them, and make sure leadership always knows where the programme really stands.
Working with the project controls leads on each site, you will drive consistent, honest scheduling β built for a delivery model designed around repeatability and speed.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own planning and scheduling standards across all Volta projects
- Build and maintain the integrated master schedule across the fleet
- Govern schedule baselines, progress measurement and change across projects
- Run schedule risk analysis and drive mitigation with project teams
- Interrogate contractor schedules and hold them to standard
- Report portfolio schedule performance to leadership with clarity
- Coach project controls leads on planning practice
- Feed schedule intelligence into front-end planning for new projects
What You Bring
- Planning experience on data centre or major capital projects is essential
- Expert command of Primavera P6 and structured scheduling practice
- Experience across multiple concurrent projects or portfolio-level planning
- A record running schedule risk analysis on complex programmes
- The confidence to challenge contractor and project schedules constructively
- Comfort working across European and US projects and time zones
