About The Role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant / Office Manager position. We’re looking for an exceptional individual to become one of the most important operational hires in the business, working directly alongside both Co-Founders as a trusted partner who enables them to operate at maximum effectiveness while helping build the operational foundations of a fast-growing, venture-backed company. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, anticipating needs before they arise, solving problems independently, and ensuring the leadership team can stay focused on scaling the business. Alongside providing exceptional executive support, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our London office, creating an environment that reflects the professionalism and ambition of the company. This is a rare opportunity to work at the centre of one of Europe’s most ambitious AI infrastructure companies during a defining period of growth, with unrivalled exposure to the leadership team and a critical role in how the company operates.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide dedicated day-to-day support to both Co-Founders, managing complex and ever-changing calendars and priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, board sessions and investor meetings, preparing agendas, presentations and briefing materials.
- Track actions, ensure follow-ups are completed, and screen incoming requests, handling confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Own the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring meeting rooms, facilities and communal spaces operate to a high standard.
- Manage office suppliers, building management, budgets, purchasing and inventory.
- Support onboarding logistics, equipment setup and administrative processes across Finance, People and Operations.
- Organise company meetings, leadership off-sites, team events and hospitality, creating an exceptional workplace experience.
- Welcome and manage the visitor experience for candidates, investors and external partners.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founders, C-suite executives or senior leadership teams.
- Experience working within a high-growth startup, scale-up or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Outstanding judgement, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Highly proactive, calm under pressure and comfortable managing constantly shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with senior executives, investors and external partners.
- Strong experience coordinating complex international travel and executive schedules.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
