  • You are confident working independently, can manage your own workload, and are comfortable with the urgency and detail required in safeguarding processes.
  • You bring prior experience in reconciliations, safeguarding, or financial operations within a fintech, payments, or e-money environment.
  • You’re comfortable using standard reconciliation tools and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and ideally familiar with reconciliation platforms or financial systems.
  • You have strong attention to detail, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and care deeply about accuracy and compliance.

  • Every Thursday our team members meet and enjoy working together at the Puro Hotels in Cracow, Warsaw, and Gdansk. There is always an opportunity to eat lunch together, and every now and then we stay after work for board games or just to hang out a bit longer.
