We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating interest through outbound prospecting, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
Responsibilities- Proactively source and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
- Understand client needs and articulate how Volopa’s products solve real business challenges
- Book and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Work closely with Account Executives to develop and refine outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging and campaign alignment
- Stay up to date with our product offering, industry trends, and competitors
- 1+ years of experience in a lead generation, business development, or sales role
- FinTech or B2B SaaS experience is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound cold outreach and handling objections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
