We are seeking a part-time Social Media Graphic Designer & Writer to support multiple home service brands—primarily HVAC, Plumbing, and Garage Door companies. You will work directly with our Social Media Director and our national brand is a leader in the space, so you’ll LOVE our team! This role is ideal for someone who understands blue-collar service businesses, local marketing, and how to create scroll-stopping content that builds trust and drives calls.
This is ongoing, part-time work with consistent weekly deliverables. You will work closely with our strategy and client teams to execute social content that aligns with each brand’s voice, market, and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Design high-quality social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and occasionally LinkedIn
- Write clear, engaging, conversion-focused captions tailored to home service audiences
- Create content that supports:
- Brand awareness
- Seasonal promotions
- Educational / authority posts
- Reviews, testimonials, and trust-building content
- Proven experience creating social media content for HVAC, plumbing, garage door, or other home service businesses
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe Suite a plus)
- Strong copywriting skills with a clear, conversational, blue-collar-friendly tone
- Understanding of local service marketing (calls, bookings, trust, urgency)
