We only have 170,000 people following us on Instagram. And we don’t exist on TikTok. We’d like to change this.
We're looking for someone who thinks the internet is the most exciting media platform ever invented.
Someone who can pick up an iPhone and make something people want to watch.
Someone who understands TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, creators, memes, communities, AI and whatever comes next.
Someone who doesn't wait for a brief.
Someone who sees something happening in our studio and thinks:
“That's a film.”
Someone who sees a weird material and thinks:
“That's a story.”
Someone sees a new internet community and thinks:
“Vollebak should be there.”
Your mission:
Take Vollebak from 170,000 Instagram followers to 1 million.
Take Vollebak from virtually zero on TikTok to 500,000.
We're not looking for a social media manager.
We're looking for an obsessive creator, cultural detective and growth hacker who can build Vollebak's presence on the internet from the inside.
You'll have access to our founders, designers, scientists, products, prototypes, materials, experiments, and the whole Vollebak universe.
You'll have enormous freedom.
You'll be expected to make things.
Lots of things.
Some may fail.
Some will get 3000 views.
Some will get 30 million.
We are recruiting for someone with taste, not just credentials.
We are not looking for someone to simply manage our social media.
We're looking for someone to make Vollebak impossible to ignore.

This is a full-time permanent position available for immediate start, fully office-based at our HQ in Camden, London.
