We’re a high-growth ecommerce brand with plans to take our first steps into physical retail and wholesale this year – and we’re looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team.
The right person for this role will be an excellent communicator with a positive, solutions-focused attitude, who thrives on being part of a small team in a fast-paced and highly creative business. You’ll work closely with our supply, production and customer experience teams to ensure our logistics operations run smoothly across every step of the product journey.
The skills and experience we’re looking for include:
- Several years’ experience of managing global ecommerce logistics (including reverse logistics) for a clothing brand
- Experience of managing 3PLs, including changes in provider and/or setting up additional distribution centres
- Track record of successfully managing technical projects such as implementing WMS and integration services
- Excellent technical knowledge across topics such as international customs and duties, clearance processes, commodity codes, duty drawback
- Experience of implementing and/or working with Global-e would be a plus
- Outstanding attention to detail across all tasks, whether it’s working with data or managing projects
- Strong problem solver, with the ability to look ahead and identify/resolve issues before they become problems, and to apply root cause analysis to improve systems and processes for the future
- Able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both in person and in writing
- Able to plan ahead, but also be flexible and adapt when business needs change
- Sound commercial acumen and strong analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly evaluate new systems/platforms; experience of working with Shopify Plus would be an advantage
This is a full-time permanent position, fully office-based at our office in Camden, London.
