Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of Group fleet sales volume and financial targets.
- Evaluate public tenders, prepare competitive and compliant quotations, and systematically follow up through to award.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new fleet accounts through targeted outreach, including cold calling and business development initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage fleet sales contracts with corporate and SME clients.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing fleet customers across SME and large corporate segments.
- Manage and monitor leasing offers and monthly sales promotions, adjusting pricing and offers in response to market conditions (e.g., COE fluctuations and partner rates).
- Provide market intelligence and strategic input to the Head of Division on product positioning and pricing strategies by analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Generate sales leads through corporate partnerships and convert opportunities into vehicle sales.
- Actively support company‑wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes by maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer and prospect data.
- Assume ownership of operational sales processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and management reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ professional experience in sales and/or customer service management preferred.
- Experience in managing, coaching, and training sales or customer service teams is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills required.
- Proficiency in a second language to liaise effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales‑related applications.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence.
