The Mon Motors Group is a family run company that was established in 1971. Today we are one of the largest automotive dealer groups in South Wales and the West of England. The Group has main dealerships for Audi, CUPRA, Ford, SEAT, Å KODA, Volvo and Volkswagen, along with a large used car operation and a number of multi-brand service centres, body shops and TPS (our trade parts division).
In this role:

You will take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

You will apply a consistent sales process in order to achieve total customer satisfaction

You will make recommendations on products that meet the customer’s requirements and guide them through the sales process

You will be able to meet agreed sales volumes and profit targets

Have a minimum of two years sales experience working for a Main Dealer Have a proven track record in car sales ideally for new cars, or combined new and used cars

Have worked in a fast-paced environment with a controlled sales process

Have experience in a highly focused, customer facing role

Have excellent interpersonal/customer skills

Understand the importance of putting the customer experience first, and have evidence of individual results via customer satisfaction scorings/independent reviews

You may be subject to DBS checks and must adhere to conduct rules

This is a full-time role covering the sales department opening times, and requires working alternate weekends
