We're looking for a Channel Manager to lead the strategy, development and performance of our Aftersales products, shaping propositions that deliver real value for our customers, dealer network and business. This high-impact, commercially focused role will be instrumental in taking Aftersales products from opportunity through to successful launch and ongoing development. You'll set the product direction, shape the roadmap and bring together teams and senior stakeholders across VWFS UK, Volkswagen Group, Brands and Dealers to turn strategy into commercially successful customer propositions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the Aftersales product strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities and taking propositions from concept through to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Drive customer and commercial performance, ensuring products provide compelling customer value while supporting sales, profitability and sustainable commercial outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships across Volkswagen Group, Brands and Dealers, influencing senior stakeholders and bringing different priorities together to successfully deliver and grow Aftersales propositions.
  • Lead products successfully to market, working across Product, Marketing, Sales and Technology teams to prioritise activity, remove barriers and maintain momentum from idea through to delivery.
  • Provide strong product and governance insight, giving senior leaders clear recommendations on performance, customer experience, investment, risks and opportunities while leading and developing product management capability.

What you'll bring:

  • If you're a commercially driven product leader who has successfully brought products to market and enjoys turning great ideas into propositions that deliver for both customers and the business, we'd love to hear from you.
  • You'll have a passion for developing products that work for customers and deliver genuine commercial value.
  • Strong Aftersales product experience, ideally gained in an automotive Brand, Financial Services, Sales or Dealer environment, with knowledge of propositions such as service plans, all-in packages or fixed-cost maintenance.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching products, with the ability to take a proposition from initial concept and roadmap through to market launch and ongoing development.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with an understanding of pricing and how to balance an attractive customer proposition with commercial viability and profitability.
  • Outstanding stakeholder and partnership management skills, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders, Product teams, Brands, Dealers and wider partners and deliver results within a complex matrix environment.
